Definition and finalization of components of a certificate with selected security features, font size and type, back ground design format, variable data fields, engraving size and type, color code/pattern of certificate.
Finalization of static and dynamic data fields.
Applications used for format creation: Corel Draw Graphic suit.
Golden Sample signing on 2 copies by both the University and DocSec.
DATA COLLECTION METHODS

Transfer : Official email id/online application/CD 2 copies signed by both the parties.
